Aaron Paul has filed a petition to legally change his surname to Paul from Sturtevant and change the first names of his baby son -  reports TMZ.The Breaking Bad actor, 43, was born Aaron Paul Sturtevant, but adopted his stage name due to his surname being too difficult to pronounce.Paul and wife Lauren Parsekian, 35, have filed the petition to change their surnames as well as the legal first names of their son Ryden Caspian, 7 months, who is currently legally named Casper Emerson.
