Kendall Jenner ‘granted restraining order’ against alleged trespasser
Kendall Jenner has reportedly been granted a restraining order against an alleged trespasser.The Keeping Up With The Kardashians star, 26, was apparently in court this week in person after she filed a non-violent civil harassment suit in January of this year.Model and reality icon Jenner was granted a three-year restraining order against Arnold Oscar Babcock on Tuesday of this week after he was allegedly caught trespassing.According to E! News, the restraining order was granted by a Los Angeles County Commissioner, with Jenner, Babcock and their attorneys present in court.The outlet obtained court documents confirming the order.It’s not the first time Jenner has been forced to take out a restraining order, as just last year the star was granted a five-year order against a man who allegedly threatened to kill her.In April 2021, Jenner was granted a five-year restraining order against Malik Bowker, who threatened to buy a gun and shoot both her and himself.She had been notified by the LA Police Department that the man had reportedly travelled across the US to buy a firearmThe incident led to Jenner moving out of her home over ‘severe emotional distress,’ despite her property being manned by armed security guards at all times.At last year’s hearing, Bowker was ordered to stay at least 100 yards from Jenner at all times, including at her home, work and her car.He was also banned from having any physical or electronic contact with Kendall.And just months ago, Jenner’s famous sister Kim Kardashian filed for a restraining order against a man who had been sending threatening letters to both her home and business addresses.It’s been claimed that the letters, which totalled more than 80, threatening her and her four children, with
