NHS worker's 'horror movie' flat covered in mould so bad it's grown a mushroom
NHS worker Larisa Orlova, from Hersham in Surrey, fears the squalor in her "nightmare" flat, which is covered in mould and grime, has caused her to suffer with "severe" headaches. The emergency care assistant revealed she also found a mushroom growing from the ceiling earlier this year. And the 49-year-old, who has lived in the property for more than two years, said she struggles to sleep because of the sound of water dripping from the ceiling – even after working gruelling 12-hour shifts, SurreyLive reports.
