Sarah Chalke and fiancé Jamie Afifi have gone their separate ways.

Scrubs actress Sarah Chalke, 46, and her 49-year-old fiancé Jamie Afifi have split.On Friday their reps confirmed to People that they broke off their 2006 engagement 'some time ago.'
