Experts share dangers of liquid diets as Shane Warne was on 'extreme' diet before sad death
Shane tragically passed away on Friday 4 March at the age of 52 while holidaying in Thailand. Three days on from his death, Deputy spokesperson of the Thai police, Kritsana Pattanacharoen, said the autopsy report had concluded that Warne had a “natural death”. But, it has been widely reported that prior to his death, cricket legend Shane had embarked on an extreme ‘liquid diet’ – one that replaces solid food for juices, soups and shakes – which are popularly used for apparent detoxication purposes.
