READ MORE: Bodybuilder 'The Flawless Marvel' unrecognisable after ditching weights in his prime Guy Harding was once dubbed ‘Britain’s fittest banker’ after he transitioned from skinny teenage boy to super strong man mountain.The former Lloyds Bank employee started pumping iron aged 16 and he said he fell in love with bodybuilding and never looked back.In 2017, he told the Daily Star: “When I'm ‘off season’ – this is when I'm trying to grow – I eat around 6,000 calories a day.“I include two cheat meals a week which are normally pizza or burger and chips or a Chinese takeaway.”He is now a world champion bodybuilder and he also gave an insight into some of the sacrifices he’s had to endure for his aesthetic.He said: “I have to miss family meals, family parties, can't go on holidays, no late nights, but to me this isn't a true sacrifice as to me I love bodybuilding and therefore don't want to party and go out with the lads drinking.”Guy now describes himself as a “worldwide physique transformation specialist” and he helps other Brits achieve their ultimate fitness goals.
