Queen carries out first royal engagement one week after spending night in hospital
Queen Elizabeth has carried out her first royal engagement since her hospital admission last week.The 95 year old monarch spent the night in hospital for "preliminary investigations" after she was forced to cancel her two-day trip to Northern Ireland.The Queen was then advised to rest for a few days and, after following medical advice, she has now resumed her royal duties.This engagement wasn't in-person, however, but was a virtual audience at Windsor Castle. Her majesty virtually welcomed Gunn Kim, the ambassador from South Korea, who could be seen dressed in Korean clothing including a traditional hat known as a gat.
