Tipping Point's Ben Shephard breaks down on ITV show as player makes huge Bible blunder
Tipping Point host Ben Shephard broke down during the latest episode as one player made a huge Bible-related error.Tuesday's edition of the ITV quiz show welcomed contestant David, an accountant from Reading, alongside three other competitors. The first round saw David struggle to get his bearings as he became the final contestant left to play his counter. He was then asked a question solo by Tipping Point host Ben Shephard, meaning he wouldn't have to use his buzzer - which is when the epic blunder occurred. For the question, Ben asked: "Because of its ability to run on water, the basilisk lizard is sometimes known by the name of which religious figure?"David answered 'Gandhi."In response, his fellow competitors could be seen shaking their heads and grimacing as Ben himself broke down into laughter."It's not Gandhi, no," Ben quipped. "It was Jesus Christ."It is a religious figure; just not the one we needed.
