Falkirk thug who took knife to ex's home and chucked brick through her window faces jail
Denny, Stirlingshire. Prosecutor Michael Maguire said he was then seen throwing the brick through her first floor window.Witnesses described him as "heavily intoxicated".Jack's ex, Alison Meek, wasn't home at the time of the incident at around 11.30am on May 15 2020, but was met by police when she returned home later and let them in.Mr Maguire said: "They found the bedroom window was smashed and there was a brick lying on the bedroom floor."Ms Meek confirmed this was new damage, and the brick was foreign to the location." At Falkirk Sheriff Court today heard, Jack, of Denny, appearing by video link from Low Moss Prison, where he was on remand, pleaded guilty on indictment to possession of the knife and statutory breach of the peace.
