Pep Guardiola has reiterated his commitment to Man City by insisting he would have stayed at the club even if they had been relegated to League Two.
City escaped their UEFA ban on Monday after the Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS) overturned the decision to keep the club out of the Champions League for two years.
Speculation suggested Guardiola would turn his back on City had their ban been upheld, with the Spaniard now into the final year of his contract.
Already Guardiola has stayed at City longer than any other club he has managed, but he is adamant he is going nowhere in the immediate future. "Nothing has changed my opinion, maybe I will be able to stay here longer," Guardiola said when asked whether he would commit to a contract
