The photos may have been old ones, but Nicole is notably wearing a baggy hoodie and leaning over in both pictures. This could have been a tactic to hide her bump to stop any eagle-eyed followers from guessing her special news.
Whether or not the photos were new, Nicole certainly pretended they were, posting captions such as: "Early morning gym done!! #bigday#letsdothis ".
Another one read: "Assault bike!!! Jeeeez!! ... #gymdone ". Nicole spent almost all of her pregnancy in hiding as she followed in the footsteps of Kylie
