msn.comA GoFundMe page to support the family of Broadway star Nick Cordero – who died over the weekend due to COVID-19 complications – has raised more than $900,000 (£721,400).
The fundraiser for Cordero, who died aged 41 on Sunday in Los Angeles, California, has over 17,300 donors and has raised upwards of $930,440 (£745,777) at the time of writing.The campaign was launched on 18 April to help support Cordero, his wife Amanda Kloots and their one-year-old son Elvis, after the Broadway singer contracted coronavirus in March.“We are heartbroken to update this account to a memorial,” the GoFundMe page now reads.
In an Instagram post yesterday, Kloots wrote: “God has another angel in heaven now. My darling husband passed away this morning.
