Naked takeaway boss found climbing ladder outside pregnant woman's home in early hours

A naked man was caught climbing a ladder near a window at a heavily pregnant woman's house as she was in bed watching TV, a court heard.

Saqib Zahid, 44, has appeared in court following the 'bizarre' incident, which happened in the early hours at the woman's home.

Later Zahid, who runs a takeaway, claimed that he needed to take his clothes off because he was 'suffocating' after someone gave him something to smoke.

Zahid, from Wythenshawe, received a two year community order after pleading guilty to exposure.

Manchester Crown Court heard that at about 2am on July 13, 2018, the woman heard noises from outside her first floor bedroom at the back of the property.
