In the portrait Harvey has drawn himself in a green t-shirt from his own clothing line, Harvey's Collection, while sitting next to his mum on a bed in a pink top.
He's drawn the number 42 - Katie's age - underneath her in pink and wrote a heart-warming message to his mum above the portrait.
Carl finished the post by adding the hashtag #manlikeharvey. The incredible portrait comes amid Katie's good news that the alleged trolls who abused Harvey online have been arrested.
