Justin Timberlake has just revealed how his band NSYNC were the inspiration behind his iconic D**k in a Box skit on SNL. Back in 2006, the singer and Andy Samberg basically broke the internet with the catchy – and very cheeky – video sketch when it aired on the famous comedy variety show.

And during his appearance on Hot Ones, Justin realised how his boyband past played a big role in how he created the character with Andy.

Munching on hot wings,the 39-year-old explained: ‘We were, like, ‘What if we came up with, like, a duo of guys who are still stuck in a time and a certain style with, like, the silk suits and the herringbone chains and the well and meticulously sculpted facial hair… ‘Am I describing NSYNC?
