CCTV footage has been released after a Post Office in Tameside was smashed into and raided twice in one week. During one of the break-ins, at Droylsden Post Office, a man wrapped in a duvet ran through a glass window at the front of the store to get inside.
The first incident happened s hortly after 9.50pm on Tuesday, March 31. A man smashed the glass front door of the shop, on Manchester Road, Droylsden.
In the hour that followed, he went back to the premises four times and stole a large quantity of cigarettes and alcohol. He then ran away in the direction of Moorcroft Street.
