BBC Breakfast comes under fire after spelling Sarah Harding's name wrong in tribute: 'Do better'
BBC Breakfast came under fire on Monday after it spelt Sarah Harding's name wrong in a tribute following her tragic death on Sunday 5 September aged 39. During the broadcast, guest Lizzie Cundy appeared via video to pay tribute to Sarah with viewers noticing that the late singer's name had been spelt as "Sarah Hardy" on the screen. The banner read: "Lizzie Cundy, friend of Sarah Hardy." Taking to Twitter, angry show watchers called out BBC Breakfast for the "disrespectful" mistake and encouraged them to "do better".
