Ranvir Singh pays emotional tribute to 'beloved' GMB legend on air after tragic death
Ranvir Singh led an emotional tribute to a "beloved" and key member of the Good Morning Britain team.The 44-year-old host, shared the sad news that programme organiser Paul Dorrian had tragically died over the weekend.She explained that the entire ITV crew had been left devastated after learning about the loss of a "close friend".In a heartfelt speech, Ranvir said: "As you know, the show just isn't what it is without the talented team who work behind-the-scenes here, who get everything on air for us every morning."It is with real sadness in our hearts we have to say we've lost one of our beloved colleagues this weekend."The newsreader continued: "Paul Dorrian, He literally worked day and night to make sure all our technical facilities worked and the show got on the air."Dorrian had devoted over three decades to the channel - including GMTV before it became GMB - and was a valued organiser for the breakfast programme for years.Paying tribute, the Strictly Come Dancing star went on to explain how Dorrain had been an integral member of team and had been loved by everyone at ITV.The TV star added: "He knew everybody here.
