Corrie's Imran actor had whirlwind romance with co-star after 10 year friendship
Coronation Street co-stars.The actor, who is better known as Imran Habeeb on the popular soap, had a relationship with Nicola Thorp, who plays Pat Phelan’s daughter Nicola Rubenstein.They had a close friendship for 10 years before romance blossomed between the two of them while they starred together on the cobbles.The couple looked to be going from strength to strength with lots of sweet snaps on social media, but the relationship began to crumble when Nicola briefly left the cobbles. In January 2019 reports emerged that said the couple had split for good with a source telling The Sun at the time, that they had decided to “cool things” after growing apart.
