classic comedy “Home Alone” was filmed, down to the very inch — as a 5.57-foot edible gingerbread house.From the Little Nero’s pizza delivery car to figures of Kevin, played by Macaulay Culkin, and Harry and Marv, played by Joe Pesci and Daniel Stern, to the notorious Oh-Kay Plumbing & Heating van, no detail was left out.Award-winning artist and cake designer Michelle Wibowo teamed up with Disney+ to re-create the film set using edible ingredients in honor of the movie’s 1990 release, according to Reuters.Wibowo took on this project by studying the architecture and exterior design of the home. Then, she created several sketches to include all of the film’s best moments.
