TV presenter Hector O hEochagain has hailed President Michael D Higgins as a ‘great man’ after describing the ‘lovely’ phone call he received from him in the aftermath of the devastating passing of his brother.

‘I had some of the best nights and greatest adventures with my brother,’ said Hector Ó hEochagáin while remembering his late brother Derek ‘Freddie’ Keogan who passed away last week.
