Anthony Rapp has welcomed a baby boy with his partner Ken Ithiphol - one month after losing his sexual abuse lawsuit against Kevin Spacey.The Star Trek actor, 51, and his partner, 36, who announced their engagement in 2019, took to Twitter on Monday to revealed their son Rai arrived on December 2 via surrogate - and shared the first snap of the newborn.Anthony wrote: 'Ken & I are thrilled to share that our family has grown!'Our son, Rai Larson Ithiphol, was brought into the world on Friday, December 2, 2022, by an incredibly generous surrogate, to whom we’re eternally grateful. The announcement comes little over a month after a New York court dismissed Rapp's sex assault lawsuit brought against Kevin Spacey.The allegations were made by 'Star Trek: Discovery' actor Rapp, who accused the Hollywood star of sexual misconduct towards him when he was 14.A jury found Rapp, who was seeking $40 million in damages, failed to prove Spacey 'touched a sexual or intimate body part,' leading Judge Lewis Kaplan to dismiss the case.
