Ewen MacIntosh has left fans worried after sharing a selfie where he could be seen lying in a hospital bed.The 48 year old is well known for playing the role of 'Big Keith' Bishop in Ricky Gervais' iconic The Office UK and also took part as the Buffet Man – a character who had been banned from an all-you-can-eat restaurant – in Ricky's Netflix hit After Life recently.The actor has now taken to his Twitter to share a photo of himself looking downcast as he's hooked up to an IV in a hospital bed. "Bad times for me I'm afraid chums. Stat strong out there," he wrote to his 17,500 followers alongside a thumbs up emoji.

Welsh actor Ewen MacIntosh, who starred in the UK's version of The Office, has died aged 50.The comedian played 'Big Keith' Bishop, the oddball character who worked in the accounting section, in the Ricky Gervais show which aired from 2001 to 2003.Talent management company JustRight Management posted a heartfelt message on X announcing his passing, saying: "With great sadness we announce the peaceful passing of our beloved comedy genius Ewen MacIntosh. His family thank all who supported him, especially Willow Green Care Home.There will be a private cremation for family & close friends soon & a celebratory memorial later in the year." The star previously shared his trips to hospital amid mysterious health issues. He posted on X - formerly known as Twitter - in February 2022 and shared a picture of himself in a hospital bed, hooked up to some machinery.
