Tame Impala kicked the month off with a headline set at the Desert Daze festival in Perris, California, where they celebrated 10 years of ‘Lonerism’ by performing it in full. The Australian psych-pop outfit released ‘Lonerism’ on October 5, 2012. It was the project’s second full-length effort, following 2010’s ‘Innerspeaker’, and sported four singles: ‘Apocalypse Dreams’, ‘Elephant’, ‘Feels Like We Only Go Backwards’ and ‘Mind Mischief’.All of those songs received an emphatic reception at Desert Daze, as did some of the album’s lesser-played cuts.
