Firefighter spends £23k on tattoos and says getting inked helps him handle pain
tattoos have helped him learn to withstand more pain.Andreas Stauffiger, AKA @sweet_and_fire, got his first tattoo when he was just 18.He now has 60 pieces and hopes to get a full body suit.The 43-year-old, who is also a pastry chef and hopes to study food science, says he's always been fascinated by tattoos and now is “addicted” to them.He told the Daily Star: “I began my ink career, a few days after my 18th birthday and never stopped – I regret none of them.“Today, it’s more of an addiction, I need to do more and I don’t really have an inspiration."He continued: “It‘s like with bugs: they flying to the lights, because its their nature.“It seems to be the same with my tattoo addiction.
