Morgan Freeman is headed back to the small screen. The 85-year-old actor has signed on to join the cast of Lioness, co-starring with Zoe Saldaña and Nicole Kidman, according to Deadline. The Oscar winner will star as US Secretary of State Edwin Mullin in the political thriller about a young Marine, played by Laysla De Oliveira, who is recruited by the CIA to befriend the daughter of a terrorist. New role: Morgan Freeman is headed back to the small screen.
