Thug beat girlfriend in two different Scottish council areas on same day
domestic abuser has been warned he could be jailed for battering his partner twice in the same day.Scott Coulter attacked Kerry McGeechan while they were about to enter a taxi in the village of Langbank, Renfrewshire, after leaving a restaurant.And he carried out a second attack when the taxi had dropped them off around four miles away, in Port Glasgow, Inverclyde.The details emerged yesterday when Coulter, 34, appeared in the dock at Paisley Sheriff Court over the events of July 24 last year and pleaded guilty to the two assaults.Procurator Fiscal Depute Andrew Brown said: "At around 9.20pm on Friday, July 24, 2020, a witness was leaving the Coast restaurant on Main Road, Langbank, to travel home in her car."As she was making her way down
