Emmerdale's Mary 'actually Vanessa's mum' as fans twig huge Rhona DNA twist
Emmerdale's Rhona Goskirk could be in for yet another shock in upcoming episodes of the ITV soap, as fans have predicted her mum could also be the mother of someone very close to her in the Dales.Mary Goskirk entered the soap in recent weeks as she moved in with her daughter Rhona, and seemed eager to criticise her every move and her relationship with Marlon Dingle.With Marlon suffering a stroke after proposing to Rhona, it looks like Mary is stepping up to be a grandmother to April - but the family could be in for another big shock.Fans have seen Mary chatting to Vanessa Woodfield in a much nicer manner than she talks to her own daughter Rhona.And they think there's a striking resemblance between them - with some even suggesting that Mary could be Vanessa's mum as well as Rhona's. Taking to Twitter, one eagle-eyed fan wrote: "What if Rhona’s mum on #Emmerdale actually turns out to be Vanessa’s too? Seems much more like her."
