Made in Chelsea star Binky Felstead’s ex Joshua 'JP' Patterson has shared his gruesome foot injury after he became the first person in history to run a marathon in all four counties of the UK in under 24 hours.The 31 year old took to Instagram to share his victory on Sunday as he posed with his hands in the air as he finished the Run 4 Nations challenge in Faenol Fawr, Bodelwyddan, North Wales. JP, who shares three year old India with pregnant Binky, also posed on crutches after revealing that he had spent six hours in A and E following the endurance challenge in aid of the Samaritans charity.
