Britney Spears' lawyer claims Tri Star 'helped create' conservatorship and 'took $18M' from estate
Grammy winner Britney Spears' lawyer Mathew Rosengart helped end her 13-year conservatorship on November 12, but their legal battle is far from over.In new legal documents obtained by Variety, the former federal prosecutor accused the 40-year-old newlywed's former business management company Tri Star Sports & Entertainment Group of being 'directly involved in creating' the conservatorship and took '$18+ million' from her estate. It was Britney's estranged father Jamie who originally hired Tri Star CEO/founder Lou Taylor to manage her affairs from 2008-2020, and Mathew obtained emails proving his case.
