Carole Baskin
Carole Baskin (born June 6, 1961) is an American animal rights activist and owner of Big Cat Rescue, a non-profit animal sanctuary based near Tampa, Florida. Baskin drew public attention when she was featured in the 2020 Netflix documentary series Tiger King: Murder, Mayhem and Madness about Oklahoma-based private zoo operator known as Joe Exotic. The Netflix series follows both Baskin and Joe Exotic, filming their ongoing and escalating feuds over exotic animals in private zoos. Following the series' release, Baskin has been targeted by Internet memes related to the disappearance of Don Lewis, her second husband.

Army of the Dead trailer unleashed the undead upon fans, though undoubtedly the standout moment was the appearance of a zombie tiger.

Zack Snyder's new Netflix movie sees Dave Bautista and co attempt to raid $200 million from a zombie-infested Las Vegas before the city is nuked by the government.

However, the talk of the town has been the undead feline in the trailer – and it turns out that the tiger actually has a connection to another Netflix big cat property, Tiger King.

Speaking at Justice Con, producer Deborah Snyder explained that the movie's visual effects supervisor actually spent time at Carole Baskin's Big Cat Rescue for research before the documentary series became a global phenomenon.
