Peter Sutcliffe is reportedly set to be buried and not cremated and he wanted his grave to be near his hometown of Bingley, West Yorks.
He had intended to change his name by deed poll to his mother's maiden name of Coonan so he could have anonymity but he failed to do it, reports say.
