WTA Transylvania Open draw: Potential Simona Halep and Emma Raducanu blockbuster semi-final looming

msn.comTop seed Simona Halep and US Open champion Emma Raducanu find themselves in the same half of the draw at the inaugural Transylvania Open. The WTA 250 event will make its debut next week and local hero and former world No 1 Halep and Raducanu are the two headline acts.
Halep, who took over as top seed after Spaniards Garbine Muguruza and Paula Bardosa withdrew, will open her campaign against fellow Romanian Gabriela Ruse.
She could meet fifth seed Alja Tomljanovic from Australian in the quarter-final while her projected semi-final opponent is Raducanu.
