England's defeat to Hungary on Saturday night seem to have got to some supporters' heads as many have demanded Graham Potter as replacement for Gareth Southgate, despite the current boss being widely considered the Three Lions' best manager in 30 years.
The Three Lions who fell to a 1-0 defeat at the hands of Hungary, hadn't lost a game in normal time since back in 2020 after Dominik Szoboslai's penalty handed the hosts advantage.
Southgate's men failed in late attempts to claim a draw and supporters took to Twitter to drown their sorrows.Shortly after the full-time whistle, 'Graham Potter' was trending on Twitter with fans staggeringly calling for the Brighton and Hove Albion manager to replace Southgate.
Some supporters claimed Southgate should be replaced despite leading England to the 2018 World Cup semi-final and the final of the European Championships last summer.
