The world’s ‘largest yoga class’ will attempt to raise £125,000 for the UK’s NHS heroes on Easter Monday. Hotpod Yoga - which is used by a number of high-profile sports stars and athletes, including England rugby union captain Owen Farrell - have issued a challenge to raise a remarkable sum for medics on the frontline.
Farrell revealed during last year’s Rugby World Cup - which England reached the Final - that he swears by exercises for his post-match recovery and rehabilitation.
He said: “Using Hotpod Yoga has had a big impact on my recovery post-game. “The mental impact has been as important as the physical for me – but the two compliment each other.
