Woman spotted throwing poor cat wrapped in towel onto railway tracks

Fortunately a train driver was able to spot the poor bundled up moggie and leapt his cab to rescue it. Officers said they were unaware if the cat had sustained any injuries but it was handed over to the RSPCA, while British Transport Police (BTP) were also called over the worrying incident.
