COPS have been told to reinvestigate Caroline Flack's mother's complaint that police treated her daughter differently because of her fame. Watchdog the Independent Office for Police Conduct (IOPC) has instructed the Metropolitan Police to reinvestigate the aspect of an old complaint, a force spokesman told the BBC.
