Woman 'hit by truck' in Bo'ness as emergency services race to serious incident

police vehicles and three ambulances are at the scene including specialist paramedics. Mercy crews were called to Hope Street just before 9am this morning.It is understood a woman was taken away to hospital after being hit by a truck.An ambulance has left the scene under a police escort.The area has been tapped off with several police officers securing the scene.

An eyewitness told Falkirk Live: “All I heard was someone screaming stop, stop. “As soon as I turned round the corner there was someone laying on the ground, I’m not sure if they were hit by a vehicle or not.“A woman then ran over and started giving the woman laying on the ground CPR.”Police Scotland have been contacted for more information..
