The blunt rejection simply read: "Hi Zoe, Thanks for reaching out, but I’m not interested."Zoe said: "It was quite to the point and I thought of saying ‘thanks I wasn’t waiting on it’."It was just funny - because when you send the message on LinkedIn they can accept or reject it.
