Hutchins, 42, and Souza, 48, were shot when a prop firearm was discharged by Baldwin while on the set of his new film — which is about an accidental killing — in Bonanza Creek Ranch in Santa Fe, New Mexico.
The Santa Fe Sheriff’s office released a statement saying that an investigation into the circumstances of the shooting is open and active.
