The biggest lockdown rule breaking areas in the country have been revealed by a new report. London has by far the most coronavirus regulation offenders, according to the National Police Chiefs Council.
Of the 68,952 fixed penalty notices (FPNs) that were issued by forces between March 27 last year and February 14 this year, 10,357 were in the Capital.
Next on the list is Northumbria, where 4,557 breaches were recorded, followed by Merseyside with 3,937. Greater Manchester, with 3,544, and Lancashire, 3,003, round up the top five.
