Fans of fantasy series Game of Thrones won’t have to wait much longer for the prequel House of the Dragon to air. The star-studded premiere will arrive in London tonight and can also be streamed for fans globally.
The new show is set two centuries before the events of Game of Thrones, focusing instead on the Targaryen civil war known as the Dance of Dragons.
Much like the original show, this outing into Westeros is set to be just as treacherous as the last. London's Leicester Square will play host to the premiere tonight (August 15, 2022), with the red carpet event kicking off at 6pm.
Fans unable to attend won't miss out as all the action can be watched in a live YouTube stream too. Read more: Game of Thrones finale: Who ended up on the throne and what happened to every character? Sky, home of all things Thrones in the UK, tweeted that there would be red carpet action, cast interviews, and “dragons… lots of dragons”.
