West Ham United supporters are being encouraged to throw wads of fake cash at Jesse Lingard when their side take on Nottingham Forest in the Premier League.
Lingard was a hugely popular player during his half-season loan with West Ham back in the 2020/21 campaign. He scored nine goals in 16 Premier League games and has regularly been linked with a permanent transfer back to east London.
However, the 29-year-old midfielder decided instead to sign for newly-promoted Forest after his Manchester United contract expired.
Lingard snubbed the Hammers and Everton to join Forest, who will reportedly pay him a whopping £200,000 per week for the next 12 months.
