West Ham’s co-owner David Gold made a Twitter blunder during his latest post on social media.The 84-year-old has enjoyed a successful summer, seeing his team sit second in the Premier League after going unbeaten in their first three games with 10 goals.While they have also strengthened ahead of the Europa League campaign, spending more than £60m on three players as well as securing two loans.But Gold’s post intended to welcome four of those players ended up with him making an awkward gaffe.
The Hammers co-owner shared a graphic with centre-back Kurt Zouma, deadline-day transfer Nikola Vlasic, Spartak Moscow loanee Alex Kral and PSG shot-stopper Alphonse Areola.
