A sheriff sentencing a chef who attacked his neighbour in a rage compared him to Gordon Ramsay, famed for his foul-mouthed tirades in the kitchen.
Dylan Pinder, 33, punched the resident after becoming incensed by a removal man he’d hired who repeatedly rang the door buzzer to the wrong Edinburgh flat.
His lawyer told the city's sheriff court on Friday that Pinder only carried out the assault as he was “so irate” about the disturbance.
Afterwards Sheriff Frank Crowe told Pinder as he stood in the dock: “We need more chefs.
