Meghan Markle and Prince Harry's former charity Sussex Royal is under review, according to reports. The Charity Commission is said to be looking into how Duke and Duchess of Sussex's philanthropic organisation was run as well as its compliance with charity law., reports the Telegraph.
Harry and Meghan shut down Sussex Royal in July after their move the US, with the couple and their son Archie now settled in California following their decision to step away from the Royal Family last year.
The couple shared plans for their new not-for-profit, Archewell, shortly after they announced their departure from royal life.
