WarnerMedia International has shaken up its leadership team and installed a new organizational structure in the key Asian territories of India, Southeast Asia and South Korea.
The company is combining WarnerMedia Entertainment Networks, which comprises the legacy Turner and HBO businesses, with Warner Bros.' theatrical distribution, TV syndication, home entertainment as well as consumer products, gaming and location-based entertainment divisions.
The new entity, which encompasses the HBO, HBO GO, Cartoon Network, CNN as well as Warner's DC and Looney Tunes properties, will be headed up by Clement Schwebig, the new head of WarnerMedia for India, Southeast Asia and Korea.
