Vladimir Putin has threatened to strike new targets if the US supplies longer-range missiles to Ukraine. The Russian president issued the chilling warning on Sunday ( June 5), and said the United States should be fearful if they handed the besieged country weapons to use in high-precision mobile rocket systems.
The United States has ruled out dispatching its own forces to Ukraine, however, Washington and its European allies have offered up weapons to Kyiv such as drones, Howitzer heavy artillery and more.
Joe Biden recently announced that Washington would supply Zelensky's country with M142 High Mobility Artillery Rocket Systems, or HIMARS, after the capital reassured them they wouldn't be used to target Russia.
