The victims, who visited the sessions separately, were both sexually assaulted by the sick attacker, reports Wales Online. Steel was arrested on March 1 that year, but released under investigation after he denied the allegations. The abuse was reported to police, but Steel again denied any wrongdoing - claiming he had only carried out "professional massage services" as described in his advert.Steel was subsequently charged in April last year.
