Vigil finale: When is it, how to watch and is there going to be a season two?

The BBC One drama has been made by the same production company behind Line Of Duty and Bodyguard. After first being announced by the broadcaster in 2020, Vigil attracted an audience of millions to its first two episodes.

It centres on the mysterious disappearance of a Scottish fishing trawler and a death on board submarine HMS Vigil, which bring the police into conflict with the Navy and British security services.
